Fire Chief

The Fire Chief is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Budget Officer for the District. The Chief’s responsibilities include budgeting, planning, coordination, and implementation of all District programs, activities, and policies established by the elected five member Board of Directors. The Fire Chief also coordinates the operations of the District with other local, regional, state fire protection agencies and governmental agencies.

Ensuring the vision of reducing and eliminating risk for patrons is achieved through effective leadership for all personnel by upholding the values and guiding principles of the District. The Fire Chief oversees key development and administration processes including personnel management, Strategic Planning, Standards of Cover, and code enforcement.
The Fire Chief leads the organization by demonstrating the values and guiding principles of honesty and integrity, teamwork, professionalism, health and safety.
