I
am honored to serve as the Fire Chief for Jackson County Fire District
No. 3. Our staff of over 100
dedicated employees (40 of which are volunteering their services to
the community) are enthusiastic,
motivated and take pride in providing you with help in your moment of
need.
The
Administration department provides the leadership and financial management
for the entire
District. We are happy to share our Strategic Plan, Standards of Cover,
and Budget documents with you.

The
District has recently revised the strategic plan. The plan identifies
seven strategic goals that
advance our vision for the community. Staff presented 121 Objectives
and Tasks to the Board of
Directors on March 17, 2011 that chart the course to accomplish the
goals. The objectives and tasks will
be continuously reviewed and revised to be sure we stay on target with
the mission, vision, and values
of the District. This will ensure that our staff has clear and current
objectives, achievable action items
and consistent accountability. The progress on the objectives and tasks
is presented to the Board
and posted on this web site each quarter.
